As part of LABOUR-INT III, the All-Poland Alliance of Trade Unions (OPZZ) is leading a pilot project to support the integration of Ukrainian migrants and refugees into the Polish labour market. Key activities include:

• Polish A1 and A2 language courses,
• awareness-raising on workers’ rights, legal counselling, and the promotion of inclusive workplaces.

A central component is the upgrade of OPZZ’s multilingual helpdesk tools to provide accessible support to migrant workers.

The actions combine direct support to individuals with broader outreach and capacity-building, and aim to promote sustainable integration through education, dialogue and digital innovation.
